
Cristin Stephens
Cristin manages the Library of Congress Lavine/Ken Burns Prize for Film and curates the Better Angels Lavine Fellowship at The Better Angels Society. She is a filmmaker and film educator based in Brooklyn. Her work has screened at film festivals including the San Francisco Film Festival and Austin Film Festival, as well as venues including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Express Newark. She has worked in roles of filmmaker support with DOC NYC and the Sundance Institute, and has taught filmmaking at UT Austin and the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema. She holds an MFA in Film Production from UT Austin and an MSEd from the University of Pennsylvania.
